Height: 5 ft. 2 in.

Weight: 48 kg

Hair: Brown

Eyes: Brown

Occupation: Medical Equipment Buyer

Twenty-four year old Gladys Mae Estanislao Odina, a medical equipment buyer for International Medical Center, one of the leading medical institutions in the Middle East, is one of the 10 gorgeous binibini hopefuls in this year’s Binibining Turismo Filipinas. This enticing charmer with prominent ‘mestiza’ (Spanish-Filipino mixed blood) features was born in Quezon City, Philippines but grew up both in Aklan (in the southern part of the Philippines) and in the city of Dammam in the eastern region of Saudi Arabia.

Gladys sees the world as her oyster with her favorite quote, “The world is too small for my desires.” By these words this Binibini candidate believes that she considers herself in a position to take on any opportunity that life has to offer.

With hypothetical overtones, Gladys says she will be crowned as Bb. Turismo Filipinas 2015 because she believes that she has been given these wonderful talents and thereby, has to make use of them and share them with others and the best way of doing so is by being an ambassador of tourism and goodwill for her country.

“My hometown, the province of Aklan is where the world-famous Boracay Island is located. The beaches of Boracay have been considered among the best beaches in the world.”

A Brief Q&A with Bb. Gladys:

Current favorite website?

Namshi.  Love this Dubai-based online shop.  It makes shopping at the tip of my finger offering a variety of merchandise and almost all brands of clothing to bags and, of course, my addiction – shoes!

Favorite food?

SEAFOOD. Especially crabs and mussels. But basically I would eat any kind of seafood from fish to anything with shell.

Current fave app?

Snapchat. I’ve become addicted to this app lately.  What I love about this app is you can take photos and videos, add text, drawings and filters. And once you post it will be added to your 24-hour story.  You should try it!
